RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
To initiate the return process, please email fulfillment@dicksonbbq.com
If there was an issue with a product you received or there was an error with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us! Please contact within 10 days of receiving the package if there is a problem with the order. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund, unless the item was shipped in error.  Products have different warranties as set by the Manufacturer/Supplier. If you have questions regarding manufacturers warranty, please contact us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund.

We will notify you of the status of your refund once your return is received and inspected. Refunds are only credited back to the original payment method used.
Once your refund is processed, it may take some time before it is officially posted. Refunds to both Credit Card and Paypal often take a few days to process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a shipping service with tracking as we cannot guarantee we received your product otherwise.Â
PRICING
All items are priced in Canadian Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes based on province.Â
OUT OF STOCK/SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
You will be notified by email if an item you ordered is out of stock or if it needs to be special ordered. Depending on the item and the estimated time of arrival, we may ship out the remainder of your order, at our discretion.Â
