SHIPPING POLICY FOR WEB ORDERS

RUBS, SAUCES, ACCESSORIES, SMALL PORTABLE BBQS:
We are happy to offer Free Shipping on accessories and select small barbecues on web orders over $99 before taxes to most locations in Canada. Accessory orders under $99 will ship for $9.95 + tax to most locations in Ontario and Quebec, and $15 to most locations throughout the rest of Canada (excl. Territories and select Provinces).

CHARCOAL, WOOD, PELLETS:
We are happy to offer shipping of select Charcoal, Wood and Pellets all across Canada.  Expect to see a small $2.95 to $5.00 per bag shipping surcharge on these heavy items, based on location. Orders over $99 will see a discounted shipping rate. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Not all locations can be serviced by our shipping partners with regards to wood/fuel orders due to size, weight and other factors.

Small parcel shipments are generally sent by Purolator.  Some remote destinations may ship via a different carrier.  Your shipment notification will include carrier and tracking information when available.

CERTAIN BBQ'S CANNOT BE SHIPPED (Select Broil King models for example).  If shipping is not available, no rate will be displayed at checkout.

Note: BBQ's ship by select freight companies based on delivery address.  We expect most shipments to reach the destination terminal in 1 to 2 weeks, at which point you will be contacted by the freight company to schedule delivery.

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on BBQ's via Large Parcel Curbside method to many populated locations across Canada on web orders over $899 before tax.  Web orders containing a BBQ $899 and under before tax will be subject to a shipping charge based on location, available to most populated locations in Canada.

Certain regions that our courier partners consider remote or outside of standard delivery zones may be subject to a Beyond Point surcharge which will be presented to you at checkout before you make your purchase.

Please note, if you are not presented with a shipping option at checkout, we may still be able to ship to you.  Please click here to email us and we would be be happy to look into it for you! 

We reserve the right to select the carrier used and are unable to accommodate 3rd party freight collection.  We cannot guarantee that a free shipping option will be available to your shipping address.  We may not be able to service all destinations and reserve the right to cancel an order if none of our shipping partners are suitable for destination.

DAMAGE: If you see exterior damage when signing the proof of delivery of your bbq, please write that it was damaged on the form or refuse delivery and please email us within 48 hours.

IMPORTANT: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

PROVINCES WE SHIP TO: Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick. 

Some regions in these provinces may be subject to surcharges or shipping options may not be available.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

PICK-UP YOUR ORDER AT ONE OF OUR STORES

You may choose to pick-up your order at either our Avenue Road, Bloor St. West or Vaughan (Jane st.) Store, free of charge.  You can select these options during checkout.  You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up.  Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and transferred to the store you selected.
