Refund policy
BARBEQUE/OVEN/LARGE ITEM RETURN POLICY:
Can be returned within 90 days and with proof of purchase. Item must be in factory sealed box and refund is applied to the original payment method only (card number must match for debit or credit refunds) or to a gift card. No exceptions.
For return of an item that has been shipped, all associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once a BBQ/OVEN/LARGE ITEM is assembled or no longer in factory-sealed condition, a 10% restocking fee applies as long as the BBQ is still unused. Once the BBQ is ignited, it cannot be returned. If you have an issue, contact us and we can assist in getting you down the proper support channel and can direct you to the applicable warranty contact info for the specific brand of BBQ/OVEN/LARGE ITEM you have purchased.
Assembly & Delivery service fees are not refundable or subject to credit.Â
If an item is backordered, the 90 day rule will apply from when we contact you to schedule the pick-up or delivery.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted with receipt, within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition in the box. IF there are any issues with the product after use, we can refer you to the proper warranty channel based on what brand you are contacting about, Â

If returning an item with a gift receipt, we can exchange the product or issue a store credit within 90 days. Alternatively, we can refund to the original purchase method only (to the matching credit or debit card number).
ONLINE ORDERS:

If there was an issue with a product you received or there was an error with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us! Please contact within 10 days of receiving the package if there is a problem with the order. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund, unless the item was shipped in error. Products have different warranties as set by the Manufacturer/Supplier. If you have questions regarding manufacturers warranty, please contact us. Returns can also be made at one of our store locations, for exchange or refund back to the original purchase method only (card number must match for credit or debit refunds). Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund.
We will notify you of the status of your refund once your return is received and inspected. Refunds are only credited back to the original payment method used.
Once your refund is processed, it may take some time before it is officially posted. Refunds to both Credit Card and Paypal often take a 3 to 7 days to process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a shipping service with tracking as we cannot guarantee we received your product otherwise.
