HOW TO USE:
Place the Afterburner in the centre of the grill with the smaller opening on the top
Fill with fully-lit charcoal and place food around the perimeter of the grill
This method achieves high heat indirect roasting, ideal for food such as chicken wings
Place afterburner in the centre of the grill with small opening on the top
Fill with lit charcoal and use the opening as a direct sear zone.
If an indirect zone is required, move the food to the perimeter of the grill away from the direct heat.
Place the after burner in the centre of the grill with large opening facing up
Place charcoal around the perimeter of the grill, outside of the afterburner.
Position the food over the empty afterburner, using the afterburner as a heat deflector to insulate the food from the direct heat of the charcoal
