How to Use The Leather Strop:
- Sharpen your knife with the CINQ Rolling Knife Sharpener to your highest grit
- Drag your knife's edge along the entire length of the Strop, starting at the heel of the blade and ending at the tip.
- Use light pressure, gradually decreasing pressure with each stroke
- Flip the knife over and repeat the process on the other side.
- Alternate sides with each stroke for even polishing, repeating 5-10 times on each side of the blade.
