Check temperatures in an ultra-fast 0.4 seconds—the blink of a eye. Literally. The average duration of a human blink.
Move from steak to steak over a hot grill. Quickly check your brisket temperature and get the lid shut. Dial in your candy making where fractions of a second count. After using Thermapen NANO, you’ll wonder how you ever waited a second or more for a reading.
Thermapen NANO is powered by patent-pending ThermaBoost® Technology. When Thermapen NANO detects a major temperature shift, like moving from room temperature to 160 chicken breast, it immediately accelerates its sample rate from 5 times a second to 20 times a second. When it reaches the temperature it decelerates back to 5 times a second, preserving legendary Thermapen battery life. It does all of this in nano-seconds, delivering uncompromisingly accurate readings in a blistering 0.4 seconds. No guessing. No software predictions. Just real readings accurate to +/- 0.5F
Designed to fade from consciousness allowing you to focus solely on your craft. Every detail is meticulously thought out. Thermapen NANO is the first Thermapen to feature integrated magnets in the back. Stick it to your smoker, oven, or fridge—always within arms reach. Thermapen NANO is brighter and slimmer than any Thermapen before it. 300% brighter backlight while also slimming down 10% to fit better in the hand.
Quickly shift from Celsius to Fahrenheit and change settings with the click of a button, neatly seated in the back of the Thermapen NANO. Maintaining the sleek, unobstructed design of Thermapen.
All of this in a waterproof build rated to IP67 backed by a 5-year warranty and includes a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.
